This Boko Haram must be thinking they are untouchable. They
unleashed their terror on Kaduna today with two explosions. The first explosion
took place along Alkali road, central Kaduna, killing about 25 people.
The second explosion occurred in the Kawo area of the city,
just a few kilometres from the scene of the previous suicide bombing. Kaduna
police spokesperson Aminu Lawan said the number of casualties were uncertain.
With all these bombings, I am wondering what the government
can really do. Maybe it's actually time for them to channel all their energy
towards combating these insurgents rather than play the blame game. I am tired
of reading things about their party rivalry - APC is better than PDP and so on.
I have a dream that one day, Nigeria will be better so I am still hopeful that
one day our leaders will develop a conscience.
