I am the one person who refuses to ignore nature because I find it very refreshing and I hope it refreshes you too. It's a beautiful day in the city of good hope today. The weather is beautiful as the Capetonians experience sunshine after the long cold weekend. I don't know what to do but I'll surely find something to do in order to appreciate this beautiful day. A young promising student in his final year in the prestigious University of Cape Town South Africa commits suicide for reasons best known to him and on his suicide note he wrote "life is better without . . . ." Nobody could figure out what the missing words were.

A smile! It has a lot to with changing peoples' moods especially that of a child. No matter how angry or sad you may be, that changes when a child smiles at you. However, it is not only the smile of a child that has this power, the smile of an adult is not left out in this. A smile is infectious and can turn other peoples' moods around and completely make their day. Bear this in mind and always put a smile on your face because you never know whose life that smile can save! Today's message is smile always because there's nothing bigger than you, you have the strength to overcome any challenge at all just believe in yourself. Stay happy and don't stop smiling.

Love! This is something that we all feel at some point in our lives or are still feeling. You know that feeling that makes you blush, smile and laugh at anything whether funny or not? That thing that makes you glow and your friends say "you are glowing" and that feeling that makes you want to dress up and look good all the time. What does love really mean? Does it mean getting married, candle light dinner, going to the movies, kissing in public or having sex before marriage? These are some of the things that people believe is love. But how true is this?

Today I want to share my new interest with you all. I have just become interested in the treatment of animals and the environment. This new interest developed after I read J. M. Coetzee's "The Lives of Animals"
