Hon (Barr) Paschal Ikpemoghena Ugbome LLB (hons) BL, MPA is
fondly called "OMINIMINI" hails from Ugbekpe Ekperi from Etsako
Central Local Government in Edo State.
Hon(Bar) Paschal Ugbome is an Alumni from the faculty of Law
of the Greatest University of Benin(UNIBEN). He was called to Bar in 1988 from
the Nigerian Law school, Lagos, a Notary Public of the supreme Court of
Nigeria, Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from UNIBEN, presently doing
his Masters in Law(LLM) at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
Hon Paschal I. Ugbome was a former Member and Chief Whip of
Edo State House of Assembly. The First Ekperi son to be Chairman of Etsako
Central Local Government, he is member of NECO Board, former Edo State PDP Vice
Chairman, Edo North, and currently Edo State PDP Director of Organization and
Operations.
Hon(Barr) Paschal Ugbome is a devout Christian, married with
very lovely children. He is popularly referred to as the
"OMINIMINI"of Etsako Central. He is now aspiring to represent Edo
North Senatorial District at the Senate in 2015.
Hon(Barr) Paschal Ugbome's "OMINIMINI" is anchored
on his political philosophy which means "promoting and ensuring the
greatest good to the greatest number of people". A philosophy he has built
over the years which gave him a name and good reputation, backed with several
awards due to his selfless service to humanity and his landslide achievements
as former Edo State Legislator and his developmental strides as chairman of
Etsako Central Local Government.

In reply to the question asked earlier,Hon Barr Paschal Ugbome did so much as chairman of Etsako local government.some of his many legacies are
1.Re organising the management of Finances that led to the payment of arrials of workers on assumption of office
2.Graded so many roads amongst which was the Arua Virgin road,circular road around Fugar
3.Established the Etsako Central Mass Transit company with about Six brand new buses to ease transportation
4.Opened a skill acquisition center for Tailoring,carpentery,Hair dressing,ICT etc
5.Construction of cottage hospital and renovated several hospitals at Ugbeke and Ekperi
6.Bought and Fueld Vehicles for policemen to enhance security and also encourage Vigilante to collaborate with the law enforcement agency
The list is endless.There is an adage which says that "he that is faithful in little will be faithfull in much"
I have heared so much about this man,I wish him all the best
I am not from Edo North but I can speak from the Nigerian Bar Association point of view that Barr. Paschal Ugbome is a complete gentleman and a l great leader of the bar who has been a pillar of support to the NBA Benin Branch. As former Secretary of the Nigerian Young Lawyers' Forum I had the opportunity of working closely with this great leader of the bar and I can say with a sense of robust certainty that he is a fit and proper person deserving of a seat in the red hallow chambers.
