Air Algerie flight AH5017 traveling to Algiers from Burkina
Faso carrying 116 people aboard has crashed over Niger republic according to
aviation officials in Algeria. The Flight disappeared from radar while flying over the
Sahara desert earlier today, Thursday.
According to an Algerian official, the flight crashed
while it was trying to avoid a massive sandstorm over the Sahara desert. There
is currently no information about survivors. However, it is believed that all
the 116 persons on board have been killed as a result of the crash.
This is really sad. My heart goes out to the families and
friends of all those affected by this unfortunate incident. What can we do
about things that we cannot change than accept it? Please try and remain happy
