Happy people, I apologise for the long silence. It’s crazy
out here. Anyway, I just read about this in the news today and I simply can’t
understand how some of us think? According to Sahara Reporters, one of the
nurses who had previously had contact with the Liberian Ebola patient, Patrick
Sawyer, fled her quarantine center in Lagos and returned to her home in Enugu. Her
act led to the exposure of about 20 people who she came in contact with to the
deadly virus, increasing the number of people under observation to 198.
It is unfortunate that the fear and ignorance surrounding
this virus will increase its spread in Nigeria. It is sad that people can
behave this way. I
really hope that she tests negative to the virus.
