Have you ever asked anyone how they know they are in love? You
will be amazed at the answers you’ll receive. You hear people say things like, “I
am in love with you” and when you ask how they know this, they simply say, “I just
know”. Is this thing called love that simple to explain? I think a person who
claims to be in love and is unable to explain how he/she knows this in detail isn’t
in love. You need to first of all understand what love is before you claim you
are feeling it. If you don’t even know the meaning, how can you identify the
feeling? How exactly do you know that you are in love? Does it have anything to
do with wanting to be sexual with the person? For some people being in love is
about having sex. Happy

Love is a feeling and feelings may be sometimes uneasy to express. A person will be able to tell if he is in love if he has "defined" love for himself.
For me, spending more time than I usually will, perhaps at the expense of some other things is one clear indication...
