Boko Haram Vs Fed. Govt of Nigerian: who is deceiving who?

Happy people, first of all, I really apologise for the long silence. I am just terribly busy with a lot of things right now. I will be fully back in a couple of weeks after this interesting phase of my life. Anyway, back to why I had to buy out time to blog. So I have been reading a lot about this so called Boko Haram and FG’s negotiation. At first, I really hoped that something was right and like the story went, the kidnapped girls would be brought back and maybe minimal peace would be achieved in the region.
However, the recent reports about suspected Boko Haram activities (60 women abducted, bomb blasts, killings in Maiduguri and so on) in spite of the so called ceasefire agreement is quite worrisome and I couldn’t help commenting. Can these people (Federal Government of Nigeria) please keep all their plans or endeavours to themselves until they have something solid and valid to say before coming at Nigerians with all these stories. I am personally tired of these conflicting reports. Please remain happy and spread happiness around. Xoxo. Find the report after the cut if you are interested.

According to reports, members of Boko Haram abducted about 60 women at Waga Mangoro and Garta villages, both in Adamawa State this past Saturday October 18th during fresh attacks.
Here is what a resident of Garta community who confirmed the recent abductions told reporters;
“The insurgents are still in the area. They slit the throats of three men in Garta and abducted many young women. We also heard from residents of Waga that they killed two men and took 40 women away,” he said
Ahmadu, a resident in Waga Mangoro who also confirmed the abduction said the abducted women were used as human shields by the insurgents during reprisals by Nigerian troops. He also said that food items, animals and household belongings of the villagers were taken by the group of attackers.
